FLORO FOR  IRIS VAN HERPEN

FLORO, a 3D-fabric by Aleksandra Gaca has been selected by Iris van Herpen. The Dutch fashion designer incorporated two shades of the fabric in herFall/Winter 2015-2016 Hacking Infinity collection. The groundbreaking designs were presented at Paris Fashion Week and are now on display in international boutiques.

POLYMORPHIC SILHOUETTE

The 3D-quality of FLORO features in five designs. The fabric’s unique linear ribbing creates a sense of depth, with contrasts between matt and shiny effects creating a surface that glimmers like a mineral formation. A pillow-like grid covers the body in a serene, polymorphic silhouette that is entirely in line with the concept of the Hacking Infinity fashion collection, with the universe as a theme.
